Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to perform general maintenance for tanning salon store locations in the Austin area, including plumbing work, repairing door hardware, maintaining tanning and spray booths (training provided), and basic carpentry such as sheetrock repair and painting. Role involves coordinating with store operations staff and vendors, traveling to locations from a home base, driving to Round Rock-area sites, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, ability to manage multiple projects, independent work capability, strong customer service skills, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and solid communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred)

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
