Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance of store locations within the assigned area, performing general maintenance tasks (plumbing, door hardware, light ballasts, carpentry, sheetrock, painting) and maintaining tanning and UV spray booths. Role requires travel from home to locations, independent work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed; driving is required and a company car is provided. Prior experience in multi-unit maintenance and knowledge of building maintenance systems are preferred. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
