Job Summary
Facilities Technician who will provide general maintenance for store locations in the San Antonio area, including minor plumbing, lighting ballast, door knobs, and carpentry tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining tanning booths and spray booths (training provided), performing sheetrock repair and painting, and coordinating with store operations staff and vendors. Must have a valid driving record, be able to travel to multiple locations, work independently, and deliver strong customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and effective communication skills are required; willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
