Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will handle maintenance for Palm Beach Tan stores within the assigned area, including general upkeep, basic plumbing and fixtures, minor carpentry (sheetrock repair, painting), maintaining tanning and UV spray booths (training provided), and coordinating with store operations and vendors. Requires driving to multiple store locations from home, with travel to assigned areas and flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Strong emphasis on independent work, multi-project management, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions
- basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- ability to manage multiple projects
- ability to work independently
- outstanding customer service skills
- driving record check
- willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
