Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to maintain and repair tanning-location facilities across the Salt Lake City area. Responsibilities include general maintenance, minor plumbing, door hardware, booth maintenance, carpentry, painting, and coordination with store operations staff and vendors. Requires 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, ability to work independently, strong communication, driving with a clean record, willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays/overtime, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project). Travel to locations within the defined area is required. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
