Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to maintain Palm Beach Tan store locations in the Gaffney, SC area. Responsibilities include general maintenance for assigned stores, minor plumbing and light ballast repairs, maintenance of tanning booths and UV spray booths, and basic carpentry such as sheetrock repair and painting. The role involves working with store operations staff and vendors, traveling to multiple locations from home, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. A valid driving record is required and prior multi-unit maintenance experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions required
- basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- ability to manage multiple projects
- ability to work independently
- outstanding customer service skills
- willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
