Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for general maintenance of store locations in the Salt Lake City area; repair plumbing, light ballasts, door hardware; maintain tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided); carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting; coordinate with store operations staff, management, and vendors; requires driving and ability to travel to locations in Utah; start day from home and travel to locations as needed; must lift up to 50 pounds and possess strong customer service and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office applications; willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
