Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to perform general maintenance across the Salt Lake City area locations (start from home and travel to sites). Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing store locations, plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, and other small repairs; maintaining tanning booths and UV-free spray booths (training provided); general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting; coordinating with store operations staff, management, and vendors; must have a valid driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project); ability to manage multiple projects and work independently; willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
