Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to provide general maintenance for Palm Beach Tan store locations in the Salt Lake City area, including plumbing, lighting, door hardware, tanning booths, sheetrock repair, painting, and carpentry. Responsibilities include repairing items, maintaining equipment, coordinating with store operations and vendors, and traveling to locations as needed from a home base. Requires 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, ability to manage multiple projects, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have a valid driving record and be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Excellent driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
