Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for general maintenance of store locations in the San Antonio area, including repairing plumbing and hardware (door knobs, lighting ballasts), maintaining tanning and UV-free spray booths (training provided), and performing general carpentry (sheetrock repair, painting). Collaborates with store operations staff, management, and vendors; requires independent work, multi-project management, ability to travel to sites, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have strong customer service and proficient MS Office skills; willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Driving with an excellent driving record
