Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for general maintenance of Palm Beach Tan store locations in the Salt Lake City area, including minor plumbing repairs, light ballasts, door hardware, carpentry, and upkeep of tanning booths and spray booths. Role involves coordinating with store operations staff and vendors, traveling between locations starting from home, and supporting multi-site maintenance needs with independent work, strong customer service, and ability to manage multiple projects. Requires 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions required
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
