Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to perform general maintenance for Palm Beach Tan stores in assigned area, including plumbing, lighting ballast replacement, door hardware, carpentry (sheetrock, painting), and maintenance of tanning and spray booths. Requires driving to multiple store locations, ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and provide quality customer service; travel frequently with potential overtime. Company car provided; benefits include PTO, holidays, 401K, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
