Job Summary
Facilities Technician in the Austin area responsible for general maintenance across store locations, repairing items such as minor plumbing and door knobs, maintaining tanning booths and UV-free spray booths (training provided), and handling carpentry tasks like sheetrock repair and painting. Work closely with store operations staff, management, and vendors. Requires a driving record, 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, basic building maintenance knowledge, ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, strong customer service, willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays/overtime, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project). Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
