Job Summary
Conduct daily facility and fitness equipment troubleshooting while performing regular upkeep and maintenance of all club property. Identify and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for members, guests, and associates. Maintain knowledge of preventative maintenance standards and follow through on scheduled programs. Possess three years of facilities maintenance experience with working knowledge of roofing, carpentry, and painting. Certified pool operator designation is highly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge in roofing
- Working knowledge in mechanical equipment
- Working knowledge in electrical
- Working knowledge in plumbing
- Working knowledge in HVAC systems
- Working knowledge in carpentry
- Working knowledge in painting
- Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs of facilities and plant equipment
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues
- Self-directed requiring little supervision
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
