Job Summary
Facilities Technician in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment responsible for painting, caulking, tile work, dock maintenance, door seal inspections, filter changes, and building upkeep; participates in the Process Safety Management (PSM) program; collaborates with Maintenance Supervisor and team; logs time/materials in CMMS for PMs and corrective work; ensures SOP/SSOP compliance with HACCP, FDA, EPA, OSHA, USDA, and customer requirements; supports vendor/contractor coordination and maintains safe, reliable plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates mechanical abilities
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Software, Inventory Software, and Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.; ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift; ability to climb ladders and maneuver through equipment
