Job Summary
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and perform routine repairs across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Operate and support critical systems including HVAC and electrical equipment while troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems. Conduct inspections to spot potential faults and maintain accurate records of work orders and maintenance logs. Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces remain safe, clean, and organized while following all safety standards and regulatory guidelines. Support facility upgrades and installation projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments
- Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces when required
- Flexibility for shift work, overtime, or weekends based on operational needs
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or vocational training
- Any hands-on experience (internship, apprenticeship, part-time work)
