Job Summary
Facilities Technician at Legacy Community Health to maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in clinic environments; provide friendly, courteous service to employees, providers, vendors, patients, and visitors; ensure a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance; respond promptly to work requests; participate in on-call rotations; manage preventative maintenance and inventory; submit maintenance records and reports on time; role supports growth with potential certifications and mentorship. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years related experience; certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Building Trades preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with on-call rotation; location is Legacy Montrose in Houston, TX.
