Job Summary
Conduct inspections and tests while maintaining logs for lease spaces, buildings, equipment, and grounds. Perform maintenance on security systems, door locks, and minor carpentry, painting, wiring, and electrical repairs. Assist outside vendors with building equipment and coordinate landscaping, irrigation, and grounds upkeep for parking lots and driveways. Provide emergency 24-hour on-call service as required and travel frequently to address maintenance requests across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana branches. Complete assigned functions in accordance with ADA and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one of the following: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Valid/Unexpired driver's license
- Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenace procedures.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and the operation of electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, and plumbing equipment.
- One year to three years of previous maintenance experience
- Must be available to provide emergency 24/7-hour on-call service as required.
- Good mechanical and problem solving abilities.
- Well organized and able to work independently.
- Able to coordinate well with others and assist others professionally.
- Attentive to detail.
- Able to operate drills, electrical tools, meters, timers, hand tools, and all related machinery.
Desired Qualifications
- Financial institution equipment experience (Drive-Thru/CCTV/Alarms/Locks).
