Job Summary
Execute daily maintenance operations by performing corrective and scheduled work orders through Corrigo CMMS, conducting facility inspections, and troubleshooting equipment failures to restore functionality. Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards and HS&E program requirements while maintaining inventory, documenting activities, and supporting vendor audits. Provide direct operational support and demonstrate leadership capabilities when the supervisor is absent, ensuring all work areas remain clean and organized. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics with a minimum 95% ticket closure rate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in facilities maintenance with focus on electrical systems and building installations
- Demonstrated field experience troubleshooting and repairing building infrastructure
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Basic English language skills
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and systematic approach to work
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or trade school degree in Electrical Systems, Electronics, Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related technical field
- Knowledge of Alerton Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience with Honeywell building automation ecosystems
