Facilities Technician

Conduct general handyman maintenance, including painting interior and exterior surfaces, repairing minor roof work, and installing insulation for mechanical systems. Perform plumbing repairs for fixtures and pumps, maintain office furniture and equipment, and handle special tasks like pressure washing and irrigation system fixes. Execute carpentry, painting, and sealing work in controlled environments such as GMP facilities while adhering to safe material storage policies. Keep work areas clean and organized by maintaining accurate job logs. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of handyman experience; on-site role in Gurabo, PR.
