Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on all machines, drives, loaders, and PC boards using electronic and mechanical tools. Fix issues found during maintenance, analyze bad disks, and take corrective action. Maintain parts inventory, order supplies, and ensure protective equipment is properly stored. Troubleshoot basic office equipment and adhere to 5S standards and ISO 9001/14001 compliance. Support CD assembly and perform other assigned duties as necessary. Requires two years of industrial maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and work at heights up to 45 feet. Valid driver's license and conveyor maintenance experience required. Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of related work experience in a distribution/warehouse facilities/maintenance environment
- At least two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience
- At least two (2) years of electrical troubleshooting experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to perform basic fabrication/welding
- Conveyor maintenance experience
- Must be able to push/pull/lift to 50 lbs. at a time
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, squat, crawl, or lay in positions to adjust, repair and/or restore equipment for long periods
- Ability to work at heights (up to 45 feet from the ground)
- Must be self-directed and a self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Must possess good organization skills and attention to detail
- A thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperature is affected by weather conditions
- Ability to operate machinery in a safe manner, following all safety/OSHA procedures
- Must have good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and are able to do repetitive hand motions
- Flexible working with different schedules, OT, and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- MHE – electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) is a plus
- Conveyor installation experience is a plus
- Professional maintenance training is preferred
