Job Summary
Diagnose problems and repair equipment, analyze situations to recommend cost-effective solutions, and assemble or install equipment using skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building construction. Ensure fixtures remain in good working condition while performing routine repair work and maintaining designated buildings and grounds. Travel to Empath sites across Sarasota and Charlotte counties with a provided company vehicle. Requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience and general knowledge of trades including electrical, plumbing, painting, and grounds maintenance. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years maintenance experience
- General knowledge of and experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, painting, wall repair, equipment and shelving installation, and grounds maintenance
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance and Drivers License
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Travel to Empath sites
- Company vehicle provided
