Job Summary
Perform routine facility inspections and preventative maintenance. Complete general building repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall work. Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, fixtures, doors, lighting, shelving, and racking. Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors when needed. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and building systems through routine inspections and service scheduling. Respond to facility-related work orders and emergency maintenance requests. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and company standards. Assist with warehouse modifications, office moves, and facility improvement projects. Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and inventory of repair supplies. Support multiple branch locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel between company locations as required.
