Job Summary
Facility-focused role supporting the Facilities Manager across North Carolina properties. Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks; repairs building components (walls, doors, sinks, appliances, locks, cabinets, windows, etc.); assists with moving furniture and cubicle partitions; maintains safe, tidy work areas; operates hand tools; supports equipment maintenance for distribution centers; may lead in manager's absence; potential lead/foreman experience and HVAC familiarity preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of building maintenance experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience working in construction, painting or other related field
- Demonstrated experience as a lead technician or foreman preferred
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC preferred
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paint
- Moderate levels of English and reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; active listening; maintenance and repairing; and attention to detail
