Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and installation across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, painting, fire safety, and pest control systems to ensure campus health and safety. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment like golf carts and scissor lifts, manage work orders via the eSpace system, and handle event setups for church programs. Collaborate with the Facilities Director, staff, and vendors to execute renovations, general upkeep, and safety inspections while adhering to health and safety standards. This hands-on role supports Grace Fellowship Church's mission to make disciples across Katy, Texas campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Christian Faith
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a genuine passion for sharing the Gospel and a strong alignment with Grace Fellowship Church's Statement of Beliefs
- Must be authorized to work in United States under Federal requirements
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, weighing more than 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the facilities/maintenance or related field
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and general repairs
- Experience working in a church
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and work order systems
- Our desire is the Technician to makes Grace Fellowship Church their regularly attended home church
