Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems; perform routine inspections, maintain logs and schedules, coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs, assist with facility improvements and installations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- EPA Refrigerant Certification (if required by role)
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance-related certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent (Preferred)
Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance software (Preferred)
