Facilities Technician

Conduct maintenance and repair of campus equipment and buildings, including electricity, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and painting. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance while keeping work areas clean and orderly in accordance with safety regulations. Manage emergency repairs independently and handle furniture relocation or disposal. Rotate occasionally to other campuses as required. Hold a green card, electrical grade A certificate, and light goods vehicle driving licence; qualified plumbing and electrical licenses are prioritized. Full-time 39-hour schedule with medical insurance and five weeks of holiday.
