Job Summary
Respond to service calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility, troubleshooting work orders and fixing systems and equipment. Install office fixtures and perform maintenance trades including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing while moving furniture and materials. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, break down equipment for cleanup, and converse with operators to diagnose mechanical or human error issues. Test electronic components and circuits to locate defects, replace defective parts, and adjust mechanical parts according to specifications. Calibrate testing instruments and enter repair records into the computer. This role supports teams building innovative products for market-leading brands. Applicants must have at least three years of facility maintenance experience and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance
- High school degree or higher
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the following tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: blueprints, schematics; trouble shooting
- Knowledge of the following tools may be required: Mechanical & Electrical Tools: power air guns, taps & dies, alignment tools, measuring tools
- Knowledge of the following tools may be required: AutoCAD
