Facilities Technician

Part-time Facilities Technician at Flagstaff Academy Charter School supporting the Facilities Manager with routine and preventative maintenance, moving furniture, event setup and breakdown, safety tasks, and basic grounds work. Responsibilities include lighting/fixture upgrades, general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), maintaining the building, assisting with events, and snow/ice removal as needed. The role is described as flexible with summer (30-40 hours/week) and school-year (~20 hours/week) schedules; the pay starts at $18.00 per hour and the position may begin as a 1099 contractor with potential to become a part-time or full-time employee.
