Job Summary
Carry out maintenance requests and inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues. Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, carpentry, and vehicle upkeep. Safely operate lawn and snow removal equipment while lifting 50 pounds or more. Complete required reports and office recordkeeping accurately and on time. Assist the Facilities Manager with all functions and serve as backup for the Transport Service Provider. Work cooperatively with support departments to resolve facility issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds
- Ability to safely operation lawn and snow removal equipment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in facilities maintenance preferred
- Advanced knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
