Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upkeep of residential homes and office buildings within a designated service area. Duties include routine maintenance, electrical/plumbing/HVAC repairs, safety compliance, work-order management via Maintenance Connection, on-call emergency response, rotating schedule coverage, vehicle and tool management, and collaboration with the Facilities Manager. Must operate a company vehicle, follow safety protocols, and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained; benefits include medical, vision, dental, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and optional insurance coverage.
