Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and non-technical repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Conduct general upkeep including painting, wall patching, tile replacement, and carpeting. Inspect interior and exterior areas such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Support janitorial and hospitality teams with furniture moves, event setup/teardown, and waste removal. Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when necessary. Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets through the internal work order system. This hands-on role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to safety within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in facilities maintenance and be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by job site regulations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, climbing ladders, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching
- Comfortable working at elevated heights (up to 300 feet) and using ladders or aerial lifts
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government–issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
