Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Apprenticeship experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.
- ~4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar role (hospitality or spa environment a plus)
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant supervision
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform essential physical duties
- Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, CPR, and First Aid are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with a hands-on approach
