Job Summary

Facilities Technician needed to maintain and repair building systems across AT&T Performing Arts Center venues, including HVAC equipment, lighting and electrical systems, plumbing, and other building-related systems. Responsibilities include learning and using building automation systems (e.g., Siemens HVAC BAS, Honeywell BAS, Smart Link Controls), operating CMMS preventive maintenance programs, scheduling HVAC repairs, and assisting with routine testing of building systems (sump pumps, emergency generators, fire alarm and sprinkler systems). Must be willing to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined or high work areas, and collaborate with facilities staff and end-users. Qualifications include a minimum high school diploma or trades training and 3-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience; experience with a large complex (250,000 sq. ft. or more) is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate and/or trade school graduate with specialized training in a building related field, which could include HVAC, refrigeration, electrical or other building trades.
  • Minimum of at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the commercial building maintenance field, preferably in a similar sized complex of at least 250,000 sq. ft.
