Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and building systems. Complete preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in excellent working condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assist with event setups. Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire, and building safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major repair needs. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while lifting up to 50 lbs. This part-time role supports the Apache Nugget Casino's newest gaming experience by keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully operational for travelers and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of facility maintenance or related experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Experience in a casino or hospitality environment
