Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining and operating building systems and infrastructure, coordinating routine and corrective maintenance, overseeing vendor management, and addressing facility issues promptly and safely. Will work with third-party vendors on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locks, and other services; respond to emergencies; perform preventative maintenance; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and up-to-date maintenance records; support facility improvement projects and EHS tasks; prepare offices for occupancy; proficient with MS Office and documentation; flexible hours including weekends.
