Job Summary
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games, bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems. Conduct routine checks on audio-visual equipment for presentations and events, addressing technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Execute basic building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry to ensure facilities are in good working order. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule while keeping detailed records of activities and managing inventory. Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies such as equipment failures or safety hazards, and address facility-related guest concerns promptly. Work closely with team members to support overall facility operations while following all safety protocols and local building codes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for managing maintenance records
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion
- Able to work in high places
