Facilities Tech

Facilities Tech position responsible for maintaining the theater's audio-visual experience and overall facility upkeep, including maintenance of arcade games, bowling lanes and related equipment, and basic building trades. Key duties include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on arcade games and bowling equipment (pinsetters, ball returns, scoring systems), ensuring all games and facilities operate safely and efficiently, setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for events, conducting preventative maintenance, keeping records of maintenance activities, managing inventory of parts, collaborating with other teams, providing friendly guest service, and responding quickly to emergencies. Required skills include strong technical and mechanical capabilities, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems, ability to read technical manuals and schematics, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, basic computer skills for maintenance records, and a willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends. The role emphasizes safety compliance, adherence to local codes, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-noise environment within Es Vedra Cinemas.
