Job Summary
Facilities Tech responsible for maintaining the theater's audio-visual experience and entertainment areas. Duties include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing arcade games, ensuring bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems function safely; basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry); setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for presentations and events; supporting event preparation and execution; following safety protocols and local codes; developing preventative maintenance schedules; keeping detailed maintenance records and managing inventory. Strong technical and mechanical skills with knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, plus ability to read technical manuals and schematics; good problem-solving, organization, and communication; basic computer skills; role requires 18+ and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends. Interaction with guests and collaboration with team members are essential, with emphasis on safety and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
