Facilities Tech

Facilities Tech is responsible for maintaining the audio-visual experience across theaters, maintaining bowling and arcade areas, and general facility upkeep. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on arcade games; ensuring all games, bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems function properly and safely; conducting routine checks and repairs on facility infrastructure including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry; setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for presentations and events; assisting with events; developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule; keeping detailed maintenance records; managing inventory of maintenance supplies; collaborating with team members; interacting with guests professionally; and responding promptly to emergencies to ensure guest and staff safety. Requires strong technical and mechanical skills with knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC; ability to read technical manuals and schematics; problem-solving abilities; organizational skills; and basic computer skills. Must be at least 18 years old and available to work holidays, nights, and weekends; physical ability to lift 50 pounds; and work in environments with flashing lights, loud noises, and confined spaces.
