Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting systems. Coordinate subcontractors for complex projects, respond to emergency calls for immediate fixes, and report safety or security issues to management. Execute special projects as assigned and maintain general cleaning of facilities and tools while ensuring compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and state regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, 1-3 years of maintenance experience, and ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations. Exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and inclement weather is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass all background checks
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-3 years in the maintenance field
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekend and some holidays
- On-Call availability outside of usual business hours is required
- Must be able to accommodate exposure to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes
- Must be able to accommodate exposure to inclement weather, heat and humidity
