Job Summary
Facilities Team Lead at JLL responsible for leading a dynamic on-site facilities operations team across multiple floors, coordinating with vendors, building management, and client stakeholders to meet and exceed service level agreements. The role combines hands-on facilities coordination with people leadership, planning and problem-solving, overseeing training room bookings, event space coordination, access-control management, emergency response coordination, vendor procurement, budget planning, and performance of frontline service delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience), 4+ years in facilities management with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and relevant certifications (First Aid and Fire Warden preferred). Demonstrates leadership, strategic and operational capabilities, and proficiency with CMMS, procurement, budget oversight, and safety procedures. On-site in Singapore with on-call responsibilities outside normal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, hospitality management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or workplace services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Occupational First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden certification (preferable)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams including reception staff and sub-supplier personnel
- Strong understanding of integrated facilities management principles, vendor management, procurement, budget planning, and PTW approval processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS, inventory management, and purchase order processing
- Availability to be on-call outside work hours to respond to facilities emergencies and access-control issues
