Job Summary
Facilities Support role at Maddox PRO seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across the Battle Ground campus, including offices, retail, and Airbnb spaces. Responsibilities include daily janitorial duties, indoor/outdoor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal), restroom cleaning/restocking, responding to cleaning needs, assisting with setup/teardown for company events, supporting seasonal deep-cleaning projects, and identifying/reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards. Must be able to work independently, have a valid driver’s license for travel between sites, communicate well, and collaborate with teammates. Schedule offers two shifts (5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM); role may be filled by two part-time positions or one full-time employee. Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour with full benefits package for full-time eligibility.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work before or after normal business hours to avoid disrupting operations
