Job Summary
The Facilities Support Associate role focuses on planning, scheduling, and executing preventive maintenance and calibration for GMP equipment, utilities, and systems at Legend Biotech’s manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing PM/CAL master schedules, coordinating with Operations, Facilities, Metrology, and Engineering, tracking work orders in CMMS (Maximo), coordinating vendor activities, preparing detailed maintenance work packages, and ensuring timely completion with proper documentation. The role involves generating performance metrics, supporting SOPs and metrology documentation, contributing to CAPAs and deviations as part of QA/QC processes, and participating in audits to maintain compliance. Required skills include CMMS (Maximo), advanced Microsoft Office, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–4 years of GMP-regulated manufacturing experience, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams to optimize PM/CAL activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cell therapy preferred)
- Experience supporting maintenance and calibration programs in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Automate (workflow automation), Power Apps (process digitization), Power BI (data visualization and reporting)
