Job Summary
Lead a team to manage and support day-to-day operations, including creating shift schedules, conducting start-up meetings, and prioritizing repairs for peak production. Direct and coach employees through performance reviews, recruitment, hiring, and corrective actions while soliciting feedback from managers and team leads. Foster morale through recognition and rewards, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and enforce safety protocols. Identify process improvements and develop technicians to meet warehouse standards. Work in a manufacturing setting with physical demands including standing, lifting up to 70lbs, and operating manual pallet jacks. Finalize payroll approvals and serve as backup to the manager.
