Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of facilities maintenance staff, managing day-to-day repair activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep. Coordinate routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with safety regulations through regular inspections and training. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, oversee procurement processes, and respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents. Requires flexibility for on-call rotation and handling urgent situations. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience in facilities maintenance and strong knowledge of building systems.
