Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations at the corporate headquarters campus, including conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance, space planning, and workplace services. Direct supervision, training, and daily direction of two Facilities Technicians while establishing priorities and monitoring work quality. Coordinate office moves, furniture installations, and event planning, including meeting setups and executive functions. Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting preventative maintenance programs. Assist with the headquarters relocation by planning and coordinating facility-related aspects of the move. Maintain accurate records, generate reports for leadership review, and track project milestones and budgets. Serve as the lead point of contact during the Regional Facilities Manager's absence and promote workplace safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 4–7 years of facilities, workplace services, building operations, or related experience
- 1–3 years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of others
- Experience supporting office moves, workplace projects, or facilities renovations
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as required
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical facility-related tasks throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- Facilities Management, Property Management, Workplace Services, or Project Management experience
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts
- Experience with workplace management software, CMMS, or ticketing systems
- Experience supporting corporate campus environments
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Project management experience involving office relocations, renovations, or workplace transformations
