Job Summary
Facilities Supervisor at TaskUs supporting the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operational management of property to maintain quality standards; assist with preparation of financial reviews and monthly management reports; coordinate and oversee maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions; ensure vendors perform at or above TaskUs standards; require a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering (or equivalent) and three years of facilities/building management experience; must have strong English communication, be organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Three-year experience in Facilities and Building management
- A++ verbal and written communication in English
- No robots
- A ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives
