Job Summary
Facilities Supervisor responsible for the effective execution of maintenance and project tasks for facilities systems and equipment. Knowledge of Steam, Water Treatment/distribution and Ammonia Refrigeration systems with emphasis on compliance with RMP/PSM guidelines for ammonia and hazard safety. On-call coverage, coordination with departments, and development of safe working environments for the Facility Maintenance Team. Uses SAP to create/close work orders, track inventory, and train mechanics; plans and schedules third-party inspections; ensures timely shift coverage; maintains storeroom/CMMS; conducts daily safety meetings and periodic updates on equipment/process improvements; ensures compliance with GMPs and CAPAs; supports equipment upgrades and future requirements; requires strong English communication and safety training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years related experience OR Bachelor's plus 1 year related experience
- 3 years of Industrial maintenance experience on ammonia system and boilers
- Experience with SAP for work orders, inventory tracking, and training
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to pass Spirometry and Fit Test for APR/SCBA
