Job Summary
Facilities Supervisor at a GMP laboratory in Middleton, WI, overseeing facilities staff and ensuring maintenance of facility systems, infrastructure, and equipment to support safe, reliable operations and GMP-compliant site practices. Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of leadership responsibility
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of OSHA, EHS, GMP, and site policies
- Strong managerial and mentoring abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with vendors
- Experience with building systems (mechanical, electrical, security) and building automation
